MTO has 23 service centres along Highway 401 from Windsor to the Quebec border and along Highway 400 north, just north of Toronto. Following a competitive procurement process, the Province of Ontario selected Host Kilmer Service Centres (HKSC) as the new service provider at the centres, 20 of which are under redevelopment.
