The annual Support Our Troops campaign hosted by ONroute during the last two months of 2022 successfully raised more than $116,000. The funds raised were directed to support serving members, Veterans, and families of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) in Ontario

Launched on March 23rd at all 23 plazas on HYWs 400 and 401, the campaign has raised more than $57,000 in two weeks thanks to generous Canadians.

Ivy Charging Network, ONroute and their partners, Canadian Tire Corporation (CTC) and the Ministry of Transportation (MTO) announced the opening of six EV fast-charging stations in Cambridge, Napanee, Odessa, West Lorne, and Dutton.

Thanks to tremendous generosity before and after Remembrance Day, ONroute’s partnership with Support Our Troops has been a major success so far, raising over $78,000 since launching November 1. Electric vehicle (EV) drivers will soon be able to charge at all ONroute locations along the province’s busiest highways, thanks to an agreement between Ivy Charging Network and ONroute and its partners, Canadian Tire Corporation(CTC) and the Ministry of Transportation (MTO).

Building on last year’s success, ONroute is once again partnering with Support Our Troops for an expanded campaign in 2021. All 23 ONroute locations along Highways 400 and 401will champion Support Our Troops and its Holiday Food Hamper program throughout November and December.

As road travel increases within Ontario, ONroute is hiring at all 23 of its revitalized plazas along Highways 401 and 400.

As travel along Highways 400 and 401 ramps up, ONroute’s 23 plazas are adding a new level of convenience along the way with are imagined ONmarket retail space – a one-stop store for groceries, household supplies, travel necessities and novelties.

The chicken sandwich that famously “broke the Internet” in 2019 is now a roadside attraction across Ontario. ONroute is excited to announce its new partnership with Popeyes® at ten ONroute locations.

Ontario travellers along the 400 and 401 highway series will soon have two new and exciting ways to get their Starbucks drink of choice. ONroute is proud to offer the first Starbucks location in Ontario featuring both a drive-thru and a walk-up window.
